Grace Huber, daughter of Nate and Angie Huber, was awarded the Jr. Optimist Character Award, nominated by Mary Ricker. Grace is an exceptionally talented artist who shares her love of art and creativity with others through her Bubbly Art Club, community events, and performances with Out of the Blue Show Choir at Ottawa-Glandorf High School.
